Thank you for considering me for your art commission! By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to my terms of service outlined below:1. Accepted Themes: I am open to drawing a wide range of subjects including robots, humans, exotic creatures, landscapes, and gore. I do not accept certain NSFW themes; please DM me to discuss what is acceptable.2. Starting Your Commission: Upon receiving payment, I typically begin work within a week, depending on my current schedule. There may be exceptions such as events or personal commitments; I will notify you if there are any delays affecting your commission.3. Commissions with Due Dates: While I can accommodate commissions with due dates, please be reasonable with the timeframe. I cannot complete a full illustration in less than a week due to my full-time third-shift job. Larger projects like illustrations may require 1 to 2 months for completion to ensure quality without rushing.4. Copyright and Usage: Prices may vary based on the intended use of the artwork. Once payment is received, you gain full rights to the commissioned artwork. Before completing payment, please provide a brief description of how the artwork will be used for your company or product. This helps ensure that my work aligns with your intended purpose and does not inadvertently depict anything harmful.5. Revisions: Unlimited revisions are included in the commission price. Additional revisions once the commission has been completed and approved may be subject to an extra fee, excluding errors that are my fault.6. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. For cancellations prior to the start of work, deposits may be refundable at my discretion.7. Communication: I prefer communication via Discord or Telegram. I strive to respond to messages within 24 hours during weekdays.8. Credit and Promotion: I appreciate being credited whenever possible for commissioned artwork shared publicly. I reserve the right to showcase commissioned pieces in my portfolio or social media, crediting the client where applicable.9. Payment Methods and Terms: I accept payments via PayPal. Full payment upfront is required for commissions under $100, with larger projects requiring a 50% deposit upfront, and the remaining 50% on completion. If an extension is needed that can be discussed.10. Liability: While I strive to deliver artwork on time, I am not liable for delays or inability to complete commissions due to unforeseen circumstances.
